Scout account

One account for the resumes of every job seeker you support

Career coaches, job-placement advisers, recruitment agencies and anyone helping several people into work can open a Scout account. It holds up to 10 job seekers, each with their own profile, resumes and cover letters, all paid for from one wallet.

How it works

  1. Choose “Scout” when you create your account.
  2. Add the job seekers you work with, up to 10, each with a profile in English, French or both.
  3. Switch from one person to the next from the bar at the top of each page.
  4. Generate their resumes, cover letters and interview preparations exactly as they would themselves.

Each person keeps their own space

Every job seeker has their own profile, in one or two languages, and their own history of resumes, cover letters and interview preparations. Only you can see or edit them. Removing a job seeker deletes their profile and every document made for them.

Free resumes for each person, one wallet

Resumes are free and unlimited. Each job seeker's history keeps up to 2 free resumes and 2 free cover letters at a time, and a Scout account keeps up to 10 of each across everyone it manages. Credits for the AI features come from one wallet, so there is a single balance to follow.

Chosen once, at sign-up

The account type is chosen when you sign up and cannot be changed afterwards. If you are looking for work for yourself, a standard account is the one for you.

FAQ

Questions and answers

Who is a Scout account for?

Anyone who prepares applications for several people: career coaches, job-placement and outplacement advisers, recruitment agencies, school and university career services, or a relative helping out.

Can the job seekers sign in to their profiles?

No. The profiles belong to the Scout account, and only its holder can see or edit them. A job seeker who wants to manage their own profile can open a standard account.

How many job seekers can I manage?

Up to 10 at a time. Removing one frees a place.

Does each job seeker get free resumes?

Yes: free resumes are unlimited, and each job seeker's history keeps 2 of them at a time, like a standard account. The Scout account as a whole keeps up to 10 free resumes, whatever the number of job seekers.
