An anonymous resume: you choose who sees your details
An anonymous resume lets recruiters judge your experience and skills first. Mojoboto replaces your name, photo, age, job title, address, email and phone number with a QR code. A recruiter who scans it can ask for your details, and nothing is shared until you accept.
How it works
- Generate your resume with the anonymise option: your details are replaced with a QR code.
- Send it wherever you like, as a PDF or printed on paper.
- A recruiter who scans the code leaves their email address to ask for your details, and you are notified by email.
- You accept or decline. If you accept, the recruiter receives a private link to your details, valid for 30 days.
Nothing is shared without your consent
The QR code only lets a recruiter ask. You see who is asking and decide for each request. A recruiter you decline is told nothing, and a link you have granted can be withdrawn at any time.
When discretion matters
Looking for a job while still employed, applying in a sector where everyone knows each other, or simply wanting to be judged on your background first: the anonymous resume keeps your identity to yourself until you choose to share it.
Free, with a free account
The anonymous version is an option of the free resume generator, available with every designed template. It needs a free account, since recruiters' requests reach you there, and it counts among the 2 free resumes your history keeps. Its QR code keeps working for a year.
Questions and answers
What does the recruiter see before I accept?
Your resume without your name, photo, age, job title, address, email or phone number. Your experience, education, skills and languages stay visible. In place of your details, they see the QR code and a short message explaining how to ask for them.
Can I withdraw access after granting it?
Yes. From the access requests in your account settings, you can revoke a recruiter's link at any time, and it stops working straight away.
What if my contact details change?
The recruiter's link shows your details as they are in your profile when it is opened, so they always get your current phone number and address.
Can the ATS and Europass versions be anonymous?
No. The anonymous option applies to the designed templates; the ATS and Europass versions always print your details.
