Terms of Sale

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These Terms of Sale apply whenever you purchase Credits on Mojoboto. They set out pricing, the order process, and, in particular, your right of withdrawal and the conditions under which a refund is due.

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of Credits on Mojoboto by consumers and professionals. They apply in addition to, and take precedence over conflicting provisions of, our Terms of Service for any matter relating to a purchase. “You” refers to the buyer; “we/us” refers to the seller identified below.

2. Seller Identification

  • Seller: Nessim B., sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) under the French micro-entreprise regime
  • Business address: 12 avenue du Lathan, 49490 Noyant-Villages, France
  • SIREN 521 544 023, registered in the French National Register of Enterprises (RNE), VAT: FR67521544023
  • Customer service: support@mojoboto.com

3. Products: Credits

“Credits” are a virtual, non-refundable-by-default unit of access described in our Terms of Service, consumed when you use certain features (AI-assisted biography extraction, AI-assisted resume import, AI translation of a profile, targeted resume tailoring, AI-written cover letters and the tailored interview analysis). Free features, such as generating a resume, writing a cover letter from our template, saving your own templates and the Job Analysis, need no Credits. The Credit packs available for purchase, their quantities, and their prices are displayed on the Purchase Credits page at the time of your order.

Unless a different validity period is stated on the Purchase Credits page at the time of your order, purchased Credits do not expire for as long as your account remains active, are strictly personal to your account, and have no cash value or use outside the Service. Credits still on your account when it is deleted are lost with it (Terms of Service, Section 15); a refund you are entitled to under Section 9 must be requested before the deletion takes effect.

4. Price and VAT

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include value-added tax (VAT) applicable to consumers located in France, at the rate in force on the order date. If VAT treatment differs based on your country of residence or professional status, this will be reflected before you confirm payment.

5. Order Process

To place an order, select a Credit pack, review the order summary (pack, price, applicable taxes), and confirm payment. Your order is final once payment is confirmed. We will send an order confirmation to the email address associated with your account, which constitutes acceptance of your order and serves as proof of purchase for the amounts shown.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment service provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., which receives the payment card or account details necessary to process your transaction; we do not store your full payment card number on our servers. Accepted payment methods are indicated at checkout.

7. Delivery of Credits

Purchased Credits are credited to your account automatically upon confirmation of payment by our payment service provider, normally within a few minutes. If Credits are not delivered within 24 hours of a confirmed payment due to a technical failure on our side, contact support@mojoboto.com and we will deliver the missing Credits or refund the corresponding amount.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if you are a consumer you have 14 days from the date of your order to withdraw from a Credit purchase without giving reasons, provided you have not started using the corresponding Credits.

Because Credits are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, when you place your order we ask you to expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract (immediate crediting of Credits to your account) and to acknowledge that, in accordance with Article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, your right of withdrawal is lost for the portion of Credits you have already used once you start using them. This acknowledgment does not affect the refund rights described in Section 9.

To withdraw for any unused Credits within the 14-day period, contact support@mojoboto.com with your order reference; we will refund the corresponding amount within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.

9. Refund Conditions and Process

This Section summarises when you are entitled to a refund and how to request one.

You are entitled to a refund when:

  • You exercise your right of withdrawal under Section 8 for Credits you have not used;
  • You were charged twice for the same order, or charged an amount that does not match the price displayed at the time of your order;
  • A technical failure attributable to us prevented delivery of Credits you paid for, or prevented use of a feature after a Credit was already deducted for that attempt;
  • A refund is otherwise required by applicable French or European consumer law.

Refunds do not apply when:

  • You have already used the Credits in question (for example, for AI-assisted extraction or a targeted resume) and none of the situations above applies;
  • Your account was suspended or terminated for a material breach of our Terms of Service attributable to you.

How to request a refund

Send your request to support@mojoboto.com with your order reference and the reason for your request, within 14 days of the order or promptly after discovering a billing error. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and, where approved, process the refund within 14 days of approval, using the same payment method you used for the order unless you expressly agree otherwise. No fees are charged for a valid refund.

10. Liability and Force Majeure

We are not liable for a failure or delay in performance caused by an event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code. Our liability for a breach of these Terms of Sale is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, except in case of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury, or where a limitation is not permitted under applicable consumer law.

11. Complaints and Consumer Mediation

If you have a complaint, contact support@mojoboto.com first so that we can try to resolve it directly.

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, as a consumer you are entitled to free recourse to a consumer mediator for any dispute we have not been able to resolve directly. The details of the mediator we are registered with will be published in this Section; in the meantime, contact us at support@mojoboto.com and we will provide them to you.

If you reside in another European Union member state, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence within the European Union. Disputes will be submitted to the competent French courts, subject to the mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers, without prejudice to your right to use the mediation and online dispute resolution options described in Section 11.

13. Changes to these Terms of Sale

We may update these Terms of Sale for future orders; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
